1. Who these terms cover

In this document, “Inara Spa”, “we”, “our” and “us” mean Inara Spa, a wellness and relaxation spa in Mira Road East, Mira-Bhayandar, Thane, Maharashtra, India. “You” and “guest” mean anyone who uses our website, gets in touch with us, or uses our services.

You can reach our team on 088281 05319 every day between 10:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

2. What we offer

Inara Spa provides relaxation and wellbeing therapies, including aromatherapy massage, full body massage, deep tissue massage, four hand massage, Swedish massage and hot stone massage.

• Every service is a genuine wellness and relaxation therapy and nothing else. Requests for anything improper, indecent or unlawful are refused outright, and the person making them will be asked to leave.
• Our therapies are not medical care and cannot replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified doctor. Our Disclaimer explains this in more detail.
• Our menu, session lengths and prices can change without notice. The rate that applies is the one confirmed to you when you book.

3. Adults only (18+)

Services are offered only to guests who are 18 years or older. We may ask to see a valid photo ID, and we can decline a booking if age cannot be confirmed. By booking, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Booking an appointment

• You can book by calling or sending a WhatsApp message to 088281 05319. Same-day visits depend on therapist and room availability.
• Your slot is reserved only once our team has confirmed it by call or message; an enquiry on its own does not hold a time.
• Please come in a few minutes early. If you are late, your session may need to end at the originally booked time so the next guest is not kept waiting, and the full charge will apply.
• Occasionally we may have to move or cancel a booking for reasons outside our control, such as therapist illness or a power outage. If that happens, we will offer you another convenient slot.

5. Prices, offers and payment

• Unless agreed otherwise in advance, payment is made in full at the spa once your session is over.
• Please check with our team which payment methods are accepted when you book.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes are charged as required by law and will be made clear to you.
• The Flat 20% OFF offer and any other promotion must be mentioned while booking. Offers apply as confirmed by our team, cannot be clubbed with other offers unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

6. Cancellations and refunds

• If your plans change, please call or message us as early as possible so we can offer the time to another guest.
• A therapy that has started or been completed is not refundable.
• Any packages or vouchers we may issue are personal to the buyer, non-refundable, and valid only until the expiry date shown.
• If we cancel a confirmed booking and cannot give you a suitable alternative, any advance you paid for that session will be returned to you.
• Guests who repeatedly miss bookings without informing us may be asked to pay in advance next time.

7. Your health and safety

• Before your session, tell our team about any health condition, allergy, injury, recent operation, skin problem, pregnancy or regular medication, so we can adjust or decline a therapy if needed.
• If you have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before booking any massage.
• Let your therapist know straight away if anything feels uncomfortable during the session.
• We may refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, or who seems too unwell for a therapy to be appropriate.

8. Respectful conduct

Our spa is a safe, professional space for guests and staff alike. By visiting, you agree that:

• You will be courteous and respectful towards every member of our team.
• Any improper remark, gesture, behaviour or request will lead to the session being stopped immediately with no refund, and you will be asked to leave. Serious incidents may be reported to the police.
• Smoking, alcohol and illegal substances are not allowed on the premises.
• Photos and videos may not be taken inside the spa without our written consent, and phones should be kept on silent.
• Our therapists may end a session at once if they feel unsafe or disrespected.

9. Your belongings

We recommend leaving valuables at home. Inara Spa cannot accept responsibility for the loss of or damage to cash, jewellery, phones or other personal items brought to the spa. Any storage we provide is used at your own risk.

10. Children

Because our services are for adults only, children cannot be admitted to the treatment areas. Please plan accordingly before you visit.

11. Use of this website

• The text, design, graphics and branding on inaraspa-miraroad.co.in belong to Inara Spa. They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our written permission.
• You must not use the website unlawfully or in any way that could harm it or disrupt other visitors.
• The site links to third-party services such as Google Maps and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

12. Your privacy

Details you share with us, such as your name and phone number when you call or message, are handled according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Limits of our liability

• Our therapies are provided for relaxation and general wellbeing. As far as the law allows, Inara Spa, its owners, staff and therapists are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss linked to our services or this website.
• We are not responsible for any reaction, injury or worsening of a condition where a relevant health issue, allergy, injury or pregnancy was not disclosed to us before the session.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural events, power or network outages, strikes or government orders.
• Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited under Indian law.

14. Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the “Last updated” date above, is the one that applies.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to them or to our services will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thane district, Maharashtra.
